حذف حسابك في «باون!»

كيف تطلب الحذف

افتح اللعبة وروح إلى الإعدادات، وانسخ رقمك (ID) اللي يبدأ بـ #.
أرسل إيميل إلى munther@v10.ad بعنوان «حذف حسابي» ومعه رقمك.
نحذف حسابك خلال ٣٠ يوم ونرد عليك بتأكيد.

وش ينحذف

معرّف اللاعب وربطه بجوجل بلاي / Apple / Game Center.
تقدمك كامل: القروش، الشخصيات، الأغراض، المستوى، المهام، والاسم في اللعبة.

وش يبقى

سجلات الشراء تبقى عند Google Play أو App Store حسب سياساتهم (ما نقدر نحذفها نحن).
القروش المشتراة ما تنرجع بعد الحذف.

Delete your Bawan! account (English)

Open the game, go to Settings and copy your player ID (starts with #).
Email munther@v10.ad with the subject "Delete my account" and your ID.
We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deleted: your player ID and its link to Google Play Games / Apple / Game Center, and all progress (in-game currency, characters, items, level, missions, display name).
Kept: purchase records held by Google Play or the App Store under their own policies. Purchased in-game currency is not refunded after deletion.
